today is my second day spent at home :D
ive been yearning to stay at home!
cause going out can get so tiring, especially to town.
these few days im terribly lazy and i keep wanting to stay at home heh.
i used to be someone who always wanted to go out and play, absolutely hated to stay at home.
but i think ive changed to become someone who cherishes my own personal space and to have alone time to do what i want to do without disruption.
is this part of growing up? HAHA

staying at home consists of a very simple routine.
sleep at 3, wake up at 1, eat lunch, WATCH SHOWSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, maybe play some piano and walk around the house cause i love my house in the afternoon when all the sunlight is shining through, WATCH SHOWSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, eat dinner, WATCH SHOWSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.
wow i like this routine :D
but of couse i dont use watch shows on the computer, i also like shop and play realarcade games HAHA
im a sucker for those type of like 'manage your own cake shop/beauty parlor/beach party/cafe' games HAHAHA

but there are quite a lot of nice dramas out now!
i havent came across nice jap dramas in quite a while :x
bloody monday and ryusei no kizuna are superrrrrrrrrr nice :D
i like those type of like suspense thrillers with good plots and twists in the end, but still with funny and cute moments.

then we ended up at borders, just chilling there and looking through random books.
i took the japan travel guide and started taking down notes as to where to shop in tokyo, nara and osaka.
unfortunately nara practically has nothing to shop cause its the old school quaint japanese areas, but I LIKEEEEEEEEEE :D

tuesday was spent with my class
celebrated teresa's birthday in fish & co at bugis, HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAYYYYYYYYYY :D

gosh guys clothes are so easy to assemble yet they shop until so gan kor!
just get inspiration from james bond please, his suits are the BEST.
and oh gosh topman stuff are like so nice, so much better than topshop :x
i think its so much easier to get nice clothes when you're a guy.
then went to town to shop around wisma and taka.
before we knew it, it was night.
had dinner at lucky plaza food court then took a bus home :D

tmr yiting will be coming over yay.
our karaoke and liang court plan died cause im sick, AGAIN.
its seriously damn scary how i fall sick like 5 times a year, and for at least one week each time.
i think my immunity is super low, shit im damn scared :(

shopping today was bloody tiring but i bought alot of things at one shot with my mum.
ive almost got everything for prom and my trip to japan.
i felt very guilty but once again my mum is like mega spendthrift argh.
but at least i got some things that i really needed like a good pair of pumps and new slippers.
my cheapskate far east pumps keeps killing my feet and the material is like how crumpled and cardboardy so its totally dying.
and i wore my myphosis slippers so much that its like discolouring HAHAHA.
so i splurged on a pair of pumps but i think its good quality so I PRAY THAT IT WOULD LAST LONG LONG LONG.

shopped from afternoon to night and my feet were KILLING ME.

sometime in the afternoon, while my dad was driving me to town, i suddenly thought about a levels :/
listening to zhi tian by su da lu, which is like one of my favourite chinese artists cause their music is so touching, makes me more emotional.
i really got so scared that i screwed up my As and when i get back my results, it'll be so gross that ill let down my family when people start asking me how i did and i did worse than everyone.
sigh come to think of it, i really regret not putting in enough effort for the As.
in fact, i think i enjoyed what ive learn in jc more than i did in secondary school and yet i still didnt study hard.
im pretty interested in econs and geog and its nice to see what we've learnt being applied and reported about in the newspapers everyday due to events like the economic crisis and all the natural disasters sprouting across the globe.

so ive narrowed down my options for university courses:
real estate, civil engineering or economics because business is just totally impossible now :(

but anyway its over, so i should just play all i can? HAHA

THREE IMPORTANT THINGS THAT I NEED TO DO:

2) sleep PEACEFULLY
these few days i kept dreaming while im sleeping, and i only dream about unhappy things unfortunately.
although its not like i can recall what exactly i dreamt about, but the feeling that lingers after i wake up is always terrible and i hate it!
i usually only sleep well during afternoon naps HAHA

3) save money
because i want to spend money in japan, on prom shoes and on clothes generally without feeling so bloody guilty
and i enquired about working in kino already!
i do hope they allow me to work there :D

anyway, last paper was yesterday
i couldnt keep the smile off my face while the invigilators were collecting our papers :D

then it was quantum of solace with my class, kbox with part of my class and meeting qian to have dinner and shop.
well quantum of solace was definitely not as good as casino royale but it had some incredible moments that saved the show for me.
but then again, im so bloody bias towards daniel craig, i like anything he's in HAHA.
but seriously, some action scenes were like WHOA WHOA WHOA SO MEGA FREAKING COOLLLLLLL.
then you've got moments that are witty and cute
then you've got the hot moments where he looks so freakingggggggggg good in suits and when he's topless :D
then you've got the touching moments where his friend died and the part where he saved ogla, wah seriously i couldnt help but cry
but undeniably, the plot was pretty weak but i still found it enjoyable!
though i wouldnt watch it again like how i watched casino royale 3 times HAHA

today i went to town to cut my fringe and pluck my eyebrows
met jiaxin and jasmine ngu! :D
then went to meet fiona at city hall for some shopping.
got myself a good pair of pants from dorothy perkins for only 43 bucks!
shopped around raffles city and marina square then went to town for our 9+ tokyo! movie.
I LOVED IT.
but true to the movie review, the second story was pretty bad.
but i ABSOLUTELY loved the first movie- interior design and the third movie- shaking tokyo.
they were written well, developed enough but leaving room for intepretation and inference.
very good use of camera techniques and colouring and some very good dialogues :D
the production also involved many famous jap artists, im impressed!

and took a longgggggggg last train ride home and now i just want to sleep if not ill have no energy tmr at sentosa with t12

technically As are not over yet but ive partically lived my life like it has.
last night was WASTED cause like over in korea it was a major award shows so alot of performance videos blah blah.
so after i came home from studying at like midnight cause i studied with jodie and michelle lai at gutherie house from 8+ to 11+, yiting and i went nuts and alot of swearing was involved HAHA

slept at 2+ again

i think ive really learnt to treasure my parents during these couple of years.
i dont know about you all but i used to always argue with my parents especially my father.
but they were the ones that i could always turn to regardless whether i gave them all my attention.
and recently, ive really discovered how much i love my family especially my father.
my dad kept pretty quiet, especially to me, about his high cholestrol and how he had to go for a minor operation.
one day i came back from night study and my mum told me that he already had the operation and was staying at the hospital for a couple of days.
i was totally STUNNED.
i didnt know it was so serious cause my mum just mentioned a body check up.
my parents are really old, turning 54 this year while im turned 18, and that means that when im 24 and like pretty fresh out of uni (YES I DO HOPE I CAN GET INTO UNI) they will be 60 and probably have to stop working.
i think it really scares me how im alone in bearing this responsibility as a child and im afraid that i wont be financial stable by the time they need support.
and im also afraid of loneliness because i really really hope that they will still be alive till i have a family of my own and can show them their grandchildren.
i really dont know how i can survive if something happened to them and i would be all alone.

i really pray for my parents' health and that was one of the things that i mentioned in the graduation reflection that we had during sd.
i love my family so much(:

there was this marathon t12 category and at first i didnt really know what it was and i saw this china guy (qi shun i think) and he was running so well and hanging in there and pushing himself to overtake everyone and when he crossed the finish line i was so happy for him!
then the announcer said that it was the visually impaired category and i was STUNNED.
i have no idea how he ran it without being able to see but that just shows how AWESOME THESE PEOPLE ARE.
and he ran it in 2.5hrs which is pretty fast even if you compare with the normal olympic marathon runners!
i really respect them, they really go against the odds.
and when he collapsed on the track crying i was like awww dont cry!
so i started crying too HAHAHA.

i have so much respect for them after watching the paraolympics.
i feel that its a great event, cause there are actually alot of paraolympics sports and it gives the disabled a wide range and number of opportunities to shine.
and some of them are really super pro!

PARAOLYMPICS BASKETBALL IS AWESOME.
you need a hell lot of strength and accuracy than when standing up.
they may be at a much lower level and further away from the basket but they are SO ACCURATE AND SO MANY CHOP BALLS OMG.
and its very hard to positon your wheelchair and pass accurately but they do it so well and i have deep respect for them

so we spent like 2 hours cooking the damn soup, eating it with sunmoulin DELICIOUS grain bread and then puking due to overload of spinach and full cream milk before we started studying :x

could have went to town to study with fiona but i would have wasted 2 hours of travelling time for just a couplle of hours study time to it didnt work out.
but fiona inspired me to go study outside myself!
and so i followed in her footsteps and went to westmall to study myself.
WOOHOO DAMN SHIOK.
it makes me feel very independent and it was also quite productive.
