ran another 10 rounds, did conditioning and some drills.
i love being the defender!

since wed, i've ran 28 round around the cj track and tons of stretching and conditioning.
i feel semi paralyzed now cause my ass, thighs, calves, waist, shoulders and arms hurt.
but at least i feel SLIGHTLY more fit now, i'm running at a consistent pace, I DONT STOP OMG and i feel less tired when i run.
maybe if i keep it up i'll stop being such a slow runner :D

met up with eliza in the canteen after that and just talked shit with her and her friends- zhi hua, hui tzi and cheryl (:
went down to town to eat and dropped by topshop to help eliza find her shoessssss.
and i got a lift home thanks to eliza's parents, THANK YOU :D
